Job Description: Coordinate all aspects of administration and office management for this multi-practitioner clinic. Manage receptionist(s), coordinate work with in-house biller re: insurance issues, and be able to step in with billing on occasion. Order and management of medicinary. Social media management, including weekly blog posts (written by practitioners),  Facebook posts (in coordination with other practitioners), and website updates. Assessing for and implementing efficient protocols and procedures for the clinic, and with electronic health records and practice management software. Liaison between front desk and practitioners, between labs and practitioners, with outside practitioners and referrals, and with pharmacies.  Assistance with HIPAA and OSHA compliance, and staying current with Oregon labor statues and requirements. Managing classes and room rentals. Interfacing with accounting. Human resources, including staff scheduling, organizing staff meetings and retreats, hiring, integrating new employees, and working with employee contracts. Medicinary, medical supply, and office supply management.


Requirements: Prior experience managing a medical office with three or more practitioners. Great people skills, in terms of interfacing with patients, the public, and managing staff. A love for holistic medicine and mental health and addictions work.

Terms: 25 hours a week to start, which may increase to 40 hours a week over the next six months. No benefits at this time, with the exception of three paid sick days annually. Compensation commensurate with experience. Position includes 10-20 hours a week on reception. 

Experience with ChARM and/or Office Ally a bonus.
